Mercurial changeset 0776a6cababe somehow broke autostatus. It's not at
all clear what happened, but chopping the list returned by our
replacement for workingctx._status() to 4 elements magically fixes it.

Unfortunately, this breaks compatibility with Mercurial 1.5. Oh well:
I just updated the README to say it requires 1.6. Time to upgrade,
